Revert "Drop net drivers from the initramfs to shrink initramfs size drastically."
This reverts commit 1c9e7a0a601b28c304d848dfa0b33b9191f4f15e. It could be that removing these drivers from the initramfs broke support for a number of network adapters: #17388, #17430, #17418.
